Can I order products internationally?

We do - but keep in mind delivery times and options - and therefore prices - might be different when looking at different countries. You might also have to pay taxes and tariffs on top - our postage charges only cover the cost of shipping and handling charges to send you your item.

How much do you charge for postage?

Postage charges will vary depending on the items you buy and where you are having them delivered. Rest assured, we’ll make sure you’re fully aware of how much postage is going to be for your order.

Where is my order?

We ship orders as soon they are ready to go - and we expect that most deliveries within the UK should reach their destination within 3-5 working days. If you’re waiting for a delivery from us and this time has passed, reach out to us at hello@merchblade.com and we’ll see what we can do!

When will I receive my order?

Orders travelling within the UK should reach you within 3-5 working days. International will take a little longer - and we’re happy to provide an estimate to this when you order. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a specific date you’d like to try and meet - we’d much rather talk through ideas and see what we can achieve than have you take a chance!

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

If you’re sending your order within the UK, you’ll be able to track the progress of your package. Unfortunately if you’re sending items outside of the UK we won’t be able to provide you tracking for the whole journey.

Can I cancel my order?

If you give us enough notice we may be able to help out, so reach out to us as soon as you can. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

If we’ve made a mistake, we definitely want to put it right. Reach out to us at hello@merchblade.com and we’ll get it sorted for you. We unfortunately can’t exchange or accept items for return if they’ve been used or are damaged - including if they arrive damaged in transit back to us.

 If you’ve changed your mind about your unused purchase and no longer want it, contact us and we’ll work with you to exchange or refund your item, minus the cost of the original shipping. You’ll just need to arrange getting the item back to us.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Whoops, sorry! If your delivered item isn’t what you ordered (such as not the colour or size you ordered), let us know and we’ll start getting that sorted for you. Remember, we can’t exchange or accept used or damaged items.

What payment methods can I use?

We’re constantly striving to make it easier for you, so we’re always looking to add more ways to pay. When you go to checkout, you’ll be able to see all the options available to you.

I haven’t received my order confirmation yet, what’s happening?

Check inside your spam / junk folders, just in case it’s been dropped in there by mistake. If not, and if it still doesn’t arrive after a couple of hours, drop us a line and we’ll take a look for you.
